• Relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation at freight forwarding industry is an advantage
• Manage customers’ inquiries, bookings and complaints
• responsible for co-ordination with clients & overseas agents for shipment updated status and sending pre-alert
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers on booking and planning
• Prepare and Update reports
• Reliable, organized, responsible, independent, self-motivated and problem solving person
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word is preferable
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
