Job Description:

• Perform sales order processing, quotation, delivery control and response to customers’ enquiries.
• Prepare shipping schedule, coordinate all transportation including ocean and air freight forwarding, as well as truckarrangement within China.
• Follow up the production status in Japan, Vietnam and China to ensure smooth delivery.
• To liaise with customers, agents, suppliers and forwarder.
• Manage full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Trade link), L/C handling.
• Handling export trade from China / Vietnam to European and USA.
• Experienced in ERP system is a must, good PC knowledge.

Job Requirements:

• High diploma holder or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 4-6 years of related experience in shipping aspects.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
