Requirements :

• Matriculated or above, preferably with 3-5 years related work experience
• Experience in hard goods, such as sundries and / or home appliances.
• With working experience in Forwarding/Logistics/Trading company background is an advantage
• Responsible for handling full set shipping document, shipment arrangement and clerical duties
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently
• With working experience for handling the L/C, D/P, D/A, I/E License, DDP, DDU, LDP Trade declaration is n advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Word & Excel, including Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written/spoken English, Mandarin a plus
• Occasional travel to China may be required
• Resourceful, organized, detail oriented and must be a team player
• Able to handle multi-tasks and possess a high level of initiative and integrity
• Immediate available is an advantage
