Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vehicle outsourcing, prepare and check full set of outsourcing documents, monitor outsourced company services
• Handle operations planning and manage daily operations documents
• Liaise with internal parties to solve customers' request and problems
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Familiar with PC operation
• Good in Excel and Chinese word processing
• Responsible & able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
