Responsibilities:

• Inventory management – inventory control, assist in annual stock take and audit
• Prepare monthly inventory report
• Prepare daily inventory report and other general warehouse duties
• Conduct cycle counting and stock taking
• Ensure shipment accuracy and report discrepancy
• Handle store replenishment and store pick up cargo checking
• Communicate and provide stock checking support to internal departments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
• Inventory analysis with report writing and investigation
• Ensure that goods inward/stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
• Work with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly

Requirements:

• Post graduate diploma or professional degree in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• Min. 3 years of experience in inventory management
• Good command of Chinese and English
• High integrity, handwriting and willing to learn
• Good knowledge of computer skill
