Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Managers in managing and monitoring project schedule to achieve quality outputs
• Coordinate meeting schedules and make logistics arrangement
• Assist in facilitating project planning, works coordination and other ad-hoc related duties
• Keep the Project Managers and others parties informed for project status, issues and updates by emails/PPT regularly
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support of the Omni channel projects including prepare minutes/ vendors evaluation report, project consolidation, follow up on agreed actions after meetings etc
• Assist in any ad hoc studies related to this project as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, experience in ecommerce and omni channel is an advantage
• Participation in Project Team in any function is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and proactive
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available will be highly preferred
