Job Description
We are looking for an intelligent, inspiring leader, with a passion for entrepreneurial business to oversee our newest location in Hong Kong - the Hive Central. If you have a great can do attitude, excellent time management and organisation skills, then you could earn a place on our management team as we look to expand across Asia.
As a part of the management team, you will be expected to do the following:
- Oversee daily operations of the Hive Central
- Manage and provide the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintain and increase standards of customer service
- Build a creative and collaborative community through events and personal interactions
- Achieve sales targets and maintain 100% occupancy
Experience/qualities:
- Thorough understanding of the coworking industry
- Natural passion for entrepreneurial business
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking, with a detailed focus
- Strong customer service mindset, and the ability to gain trust and respect from the team and members
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Plenty of initiative
- Management experience
- Have travelled extensively or studied internationally
Requirements:
- University degree holder
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Experience in at least one area - start-ups, hospitality, travel and tourism, property development, investment and or other relevant areas
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus
- Immediate start
