Our client, one of the global leading Investment Bank, is currently looking for a Documentation Officer to assist their data clean-up project undergoing in Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team to clean-up data and obsolete hardcopy records
• Data Analysis - Data management,  Data quality and Data mining
• Present status updates and reports to management
• Assisting the team to prepare documentations
• Internal coordination and communication
• Other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline; Fresh graduates or candidates with high school / secondary school qualifications or above are also welcomed
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
