Responsibilities

• Provide all-round secretarial and executive support to General Manager in Sales & Marketing Department
• Organize General Manager’s schedule including appointments, diary, expenses and travel arrangements
• Coordinate meetings including documents preparation, minutes and following up issues
• Handle business correspondence, reports, summarizing and analyzing data
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
• Organize, coordinate and participate in events and meetings
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above, with formal secretarial training is an advantage
• at least 3 years secretarial / personal assistant support to Senior Management
• Experience in textile industry is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook calendaring)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different level in the Company and business partners
• Detail and results oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Immediate availability is preferred
