Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly payroll, MPF administration and employer’s return filing for the division.
- Responsible for recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, office facilities & equipment maintenance, office supplies, etc
- Assist in formulating & enhancing HR & Office Administration policies & procedures
- Perform other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 3 years' all-round human resources relevant experiences in Office/ Human Resources Administration;
- Strong interpersonal, communication & project management skills
- Meticulous, proactive, multiple tasking and flexible with positive work attitude
