Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing all-round HR function support, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee training and development as necessary
  • Responsible for candidate sourcing and selection, such as CV screening and conducting interviews
  • Managing and updating employee's profiles, as well as visa applications
  • Handling monthly payroll calculations and reports, including medical claims, MPF enrolment and employee's tax return
  • Roster, leave and attendance management
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned
     

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years' relevant HR working experience
  • Experience in retail would be an advantage
  • Mature, responsible and good leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure, Good Team Player with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
