Responsibilities:

• Act as legal member to corporate finance and asset management projects

• Provide legal & compliance support on firm’s securities, investment and corporate finance activities

• Conduct research and draft legal opinion and documents

• Handle regulatory and compliance issues on firm basis

Requirements:

• Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills

• Fluency in Mandarin and English

• Mature, self-motivated and equipped with positive attitude and passion for performance excellence

• Previous experience in corporate finance and wealth management preferred

• PRC law degree or knowledge of mainland legal framework preferred
