Responsibilities: 

• Provide face-to-face customer service and handle hotline enquiries
• Handle and verify customers loan application
• Responsible for credit assessment and loan approval (Applicable to Officer only)
• Handle general clerical work and support daily operation of the department
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:               

• Working Location: Central or Causeway Bay
• Form 5, DSE or above
• Stable working history with 3 years or above related experience; basic knowledge in credit assessment preferred (Candidates with less working experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Clerk)
• Responsible, mature and able to work independently
• With good communication skill and telephone manner
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
