Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and report on customer queries and problems of medium to large complexity
  • Troubleshoot and quickly diagnose less complex problems in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and propose measures to prevent reoccurrence and communicate on progress internally
  • Resolve and report on customer complex to mission critical problems
  • Implement solutions and provide product-related consulting at customer/vendor/partner sites
  • Provide technical support to the commercial divisions by participating in technical reviews and giving product presentations and demos.
  • Participate in projects to increase product supportability, operability and usability and decrease product complexity
  • Design staff training packages, update knowledge management databases and document problem management procedures for both existing and new products and services

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of UNIX (AIX, Sun Solaris, Linux) and Windows
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • A team player willing to work in a multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of SWIFT products is an asset but not mandatory (SWIFTAlliance Access, SWIFTAlliance Gateway, SWIFTNet Link, ...)
