Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To responsible for daily accounting duties including data entry, prepare vouchers and bank reconciliation
• To prepare full set of accounts for group subsidiaries
• To prepare monthly management reports and accounting schedules
• To reconcile inter-company transactions and balances
• To assist in month end closing and audit works
• To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance
• 1 year relevant accounting experience or above
• Detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn
• Good PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese word-processing
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
