Responsibilities

• Prepare and review full set of monthly management reports, financial analysis and cash-flow statements
• Cooperate with internal compliance departments and liaison with external auditors and tax consultants
• Work with treasury team to design treasury flow and monitor daily treasury operations including handling pre-funding and keep good record of funding and reserve
• Handle full set of company secretarial duties for a Holding Company and its subsidiaries
• Process payment and expense claims in a timely manner
• Provide advice to CFO for operation matters and work closely with PRC accounting staffs
• Ensure compliance with international corporate governance standards

Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accounting with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, PRC accounting exposure is a plus
• Big 4 audit experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and coordination skills, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, organized, independent, able to meet required deadline and work under pressure
• Have good communication skills and attentive to details
• Willing to travel to other PRC regions or overseas for ad hoc projects (no more than 20% time)
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
