Responsibilities:

• Collect user requirements and prepare relevant documents 
• Work with the department manager to create and update business process documents including operation manual, standard procedure, KPI and BFT table, IT system usage manual 
• Work with technical teams to manage the technical writing project plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in IT, Business, or relevant disciplines 
• Familiar with business process
• Solid writing skills with proven expertise in producing documents 
• Excellent command of writing English and Chinese 
• Good communication & planning skills 
• Working location: Tai Koo/ Tsuen Wan
