Responsibilities

• Perform all clerical support of general affairs & after service

• Ensure an efficient and effective office administrative service is maintained across office; 

• Coordinate company events and functions as required;

• Prepare all data reports and perform simple data analysis

• Data entry, document checking, filing and scanning

• Experience on the membership programs is preferred

• Assist ah-hoc assignments by HR & Admin/Management

 
Requirements

• F.5 above or Diploma graduated

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience as an administration supporting role

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, attention to details, mature & good communication skills

• Proficient in computer application including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Immediate available is preferred
