Responsibilities:

• Supervise administration team to manager all-round office operation

• Responsible for company secretarial functions including organizing board meeting, drafting minutes, various company registrations

• Lead to upgrade the order into ERP system

• Responsible for daily coordination and communicate with internal parties, especially with Shunde factory

• Provide support assistance to the sales director including business & administrative issues

• Assisting in handling ad hoc project as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

• Degree with relevant studies in corporate compliance and company secretarial programs

• Minimum 8 years or above of relevant experience, sizeable factory experience is preferable 

• Self-initiative and detail-minded with good analytical, able to work under pressure, problem solving, interpersonal and good communication skills

• Solid experience in monitoring sales team, sales supporting team & shipping & export team.

• Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Good PC and information system knowledge, especially in ERP system

• Travel Shunde occasionally is required

• 5.5 days a week

• Immediate available is highly preferred
