We seek to recruit a Researcher, who will enjoy training, career development, an attractive compensation package including a generous open-ended commission scheme (with incentives directly linked to results).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and building candidate relationships in assigned sectors in the region
• Working closely with partners to complete assignments
• Building and managing relationship with candidates, building trust and gathering necessary information in a timely manner
• Performing candidate searches and first level screening, in order to complete assignments within the agreed deadline
• Arranging candidate and client meetings

Requirements:

• Professional/business phone skills
• Experience in database management
• Proficient with MS Office
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
• Motivated, self-disciplined, with entrepreneurial spirit
• Able to work under pressure, with limited supervision
• Comfortable in a sales-oriented workplace
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
