WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

 Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member, take and distribute accurate messages

 Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member

 Fax, scan and copy documents

 Update and maintain internal staff contact lists

 Type documents, reports and correspondence

 Organize travel arrangements for staff

 Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings

 Assist with event planning and implementation

 Monitor and maintain office supplies

 Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced

 Keep office area clean and tidy

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT

 Form 5 standard

 Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience handling administrative issues

 Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing

 Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese

 Detail-oriented, self-motivated working attitude, independent with good interpersonal skills

 Fresh grad will also be considered

 Immediately available is an advantage
