Requirements:

• F.5 / HKDSE graduate or above
• With minimum 2 years relevant working experience, shipping experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Sound knowledge in warehouse and logistics management
• Knowledge of international customs regulations, ocean and airfreight transportation
• Familiar with import and export procedures in China, Europe, USA and Asia
• Familiar with Tradelink system and other e-booking system preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking and with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Occasionally travel to China is required
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide logistic support for admin operations and warehouse operations
• Inventory control & stock take periodically
• Monthly reports for Logistic / Stock status
• Assist daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking and packing goods
• Support the operation team and sales team for order processing and delivery arrangement 
• Handle full set of I/E documents, relevant operation & custom declaration of both import and export
• Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies for shipment and transportation arrangements and price negotiation
• Perform the ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
