Responsibilities including but not limited to the followings:

• Order processing, order management, and follow up for new and existing customers
• Monitor Production Status and coordinate with factory at any time for catching up Customers’ Shipment Date
• Experience in organizing pre-production schedule, lab testing issues, artwork development, and factory audit issues
• Support on marketing activities and sales administration duties as required
• Provide administrative & clerical support to Manager / General Manager
• Provide quality admin support to Sales Team
• Take initiative to lead ERP reporting and mgmt. of database of clients and the terms of working with them
• Handle ad hoc projects & proactive to solve problems whenever necessary
• Experience in toys industry/trading is highly desirable

Requirements:

• University graduate preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in manufacturing / order processing is a must
• Relevant experience in toy industry is preferable
• Team player, hardworking & with a strong sense of responsibility
• Energetic individual required with great communication skills in English + Cantonese + Mandarin, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
• ERP Experience is preferable
• 2-3 years solid experience in toys industry/ trading or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Immediately available would be an advantage
