Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager
• Supervise counter services and handle all round branch operations
• Ensure a smooth branch operations to enhance service quality to customers
• Manage customer complaints and provide solutions for improving customer service quality
• Coordinate with the frontline staffs for the execution of action plan to improve sales performance, productivity and customer services 
• Prepare operational analysis, data analysis, evaluation and reports.

Requirement:

• Degree holder 
• 4 years+ Operations & Management experience with at least 2 year at supervisory level
• Experience from retail banking/ retailer or hotel are also welcome
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
• Strong leadership skills, with analytical and strategic mindset
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available
