Mortgage Loan Marketing Officer / Manager

Responsibilities

. To solicit quality property mortgage loan businesses 1^st mortgage and 2^nd mortgage

. To interview loan applicants and to explore their needs and to tailor make loan products to meet their needs

. To carry out due diligence on the loan customers including checking & verifying loan application forms and all supporting documents, as well as performing credit checking

. To follow up drawdown of loan and to provide after sale quality customer services

. To develop and to devise new products to meet market competition and demand and

. To solicit and expand quality loan referral agents contact to achieve business growth

Requirements

. Form 5 or above

. Highly customer-focused and sales results-oriented

. Proven marketing experience and records

. Strong network with related business partners

. Candidates with lesser experience may be considered as Mortgage Loan Marketing Officer
