Responsibilities: 

• To support with the team management and motivation of the brand team, and to actively drive and contribute to the sales and profitability of the store
• Drive store productivity e.g. conversion rate, UPT, customer data capture etc.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional shopping experience for every customer to exceed their expectations and ensure our standards of service are consistently executed at all times
• To ensure smooth operation on sales floor
• Cascade company communications to all members of the store team

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in retail industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Have extensive knowledge in cosmetics brands and ability to drive sales
• Excellent in customer service and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in computer literacy
