Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer
• Help customers by answering their enquiries and handle customer complaints
• Inform customers of current promotions, events and services within the store
• Maintain positive relationship with vendors
• Perform cashiering functions, prepare sales reports and purchase orders

Requirements

• Form 5 or above 
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail industry 
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with people
• Excellent interpersonal skills, sociable and love to communicate with people
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua preferable
• Good in computer knowledge
