Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare cost planning and control, payment receivable forecast, quantity re-measurement, variation claims;
• Analyze, advise and settle contractual matters;
• Handle contract administration works and negotiate with main-contractors, clients, subcontractors and suppliers;
• Evaluate completed works of project and handle payment applications;
• Handle site inspections and surveys for preparation of variation claims;
• Deal, assess, negotiate with main and sub-contractors, suppliers and clients of project cost, settlements, variations and final accounts; and
  
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Studies or equivalent is preferable.
• Minimum 1 year work experience.
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Project.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, detailed-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
