Job Description and Duties

• The priority of the position is to assist the company selling imported interior tiles by direct sales and via authorized dealers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Cultivate effective business relationships with the principal suppliers.

Education Qualifications and Working Experience

• Bachelor degree or high diploma in business / marketing or equal discipline
• Self-confident and proactive
• Interested in sales and building relationships
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills
• Previous sales experience in interior tiles or interior design products would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel & Power point)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• 2 years of sales experience in building or home decoration industry
