Responsibilities:

ü Oversee full spectrum of property and facilities management at Noah’s Ark

ü Supervise and monitor property management and customer services staff to maintain high level of daily operations or customer services

ü Manage all aspects of property management service delivery including all operations / renovation and facilities management

ü Manage outsourcing service contractors including security guards and ensure all operation related matters to be handled smoothly at a high quality standard

ü Support ad hoc projects assigned by superior

Requirements:

ü Diploma or above in Housing Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Construction or related disciplines, MCIH or equivalent is definite advantage

ü At least 5 years’ relevant experience at supervisory level with theme park & attractions preferably

ü Strong leadership, organized with personal integrity and sense of responsibility

ü Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

ü Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

ü Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing

ü Shift duties with irregular working hours including public holidays
