• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines 
• At least 5 years of related experience in the PCB industry
• Experience of working in production control and production planning
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949, quality assurance and safety supervision are required
• Excellent in English/Mandarin Communication.  Knowledge of Thai will be an asset
• Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills and decision making skills
• Station in Thailand
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Production Manager
