Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work
• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works
• Schedule and implement planned maintenance works as assigned
• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
• Prepare operation report and incident report for building tenants
• Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants

Requirements: 

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above  in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering
• Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller Plant, LV switchboards, CRAC, Fire service & BMS
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A0 or above
• Experience in Data Centre operation is preferred
