POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a critical position in Asia to provide service support our own and our customers’ assembly & test sites. This is an ITEC HK role to provide second line support to the sites in sustaining, improvement, and support NPI in Test. The proper level of competence and resources in HK must be in place to support several hundreds testers installed in China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this exciting position, your responsibilities include amongst others:

• Support assembly & test sites in test problem solving
• Assist suppliers in technical trouble shooting during serial production of testers
• Support Beta-test at customer site and responsible for resolving technical problems during production ramp-up
• Responsible for acceptance of new equipment at the customers and provide trainings
• Handle customer complaint in technical aspect, failure analysis and define solution using 8D approach
• Lead and drive quality improvement projects to enhance reliability and stability of testers
• Support alternate / obsolete parts sourcing and qualification

YOUR PROFILE

• MSc/BSc in Electronic / Electrical Engineering
• Solid experience on high precision Semiconductors test equipment
• Profound knowledge of applications or technology related to final test or wafer test
• Minimum 8 years experience in semiconductors / electronic manufacturing industry
• Strong problem-solving and organizing skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to deliver results through determination and team-work
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Result oriented and able to work independently
• Willing to travel frequently
