Responsibilities:

• Responsible for interim payment application, certifying sub-contractor's payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting and final account settlement
• To prepare of site measurement record and as-built drawing
• Coordinate with internal project team and consultant firms
• Handling Quantity Surveying duties independently.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• Holder of degree / Associate degree/ Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Min of 5 years relevant experiences
• Independent, mature, initiative, detail-minded and a good team player.
• Good Computer Skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Auto-cad
• Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
