Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Liaison with customers from getting requirements, updating project status/activities to resolve issues
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives based on both internal and external audit findings/feedback
• Manage the whole new project development cycle from NPI phase to Mass Production
• Perform failure analysis on the internal & external customer rejection
• Responsible for product development via working with internal engineering/project team to solve technical and production issues in order to minimize the cost at the lowest level

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Quality Engineering/ Material Science
• At least 5 years of product development and/or with project management experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with metal machinery, metal or plastic injection molding is a MUST
• Familiar with ISO9000, QS9000, ISO/TS16949
• Skillful in quality engineering utilizing APQP, PPAP, SPC, PCP, PFMEA
• Holder of Six sigma green belt or black belt is preferred
• Excellent analytical skill, meticulous and presentation skill in front of colleagues, customers and suppliers
• Good written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available would be an advantage
• Station in China and frequent travel across Mainland China area required
