Responsibilities:

• To perform general admin duties including document filing, phone calls taking and data entry
• To handle payment and transaction records (including fund transfer at banks)
• To assist in daily work including daily receipts, petty cash and issue reminders on outstanding debts
• To prepare quotation, sales order, purchase order, invoice and reports when necessary
• To maintain and expand customers’ database
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Open-minded, self-motivated, positive mind-set and can work independently with a pleasant character
• Able to communicate in English and Putonghua
• Basic PC knowledge
• Fresh graduate are welcome
