Responsibilities

• To lead a team of mechanical engineering staff in NPI stages and support production.
• Provide support to the technical transfer design and help solving production problems.
• To provide guidance to the team members and work closely customer according to the product specifications.
• Tackle problems encountered during production and provide modifications to improve productivity efficiency

Requirement

• Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 years+ related experience from OEM/ODM manufacturing, with 1 year+ at supervisory level.
• Sound knowledge on mechanical design, DFM and Plastic Injection/Metal Stamping experience in Electronic Consumer/Industrial Products.
• Good communication, project management and leadership skill.
• Primary contact of customer, vendor & regulatory approval in technical issues.
• Familiar with 2D & 3D software
• Fluent in English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
