Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the web design specifications

• Perform system development / enhancement (.NET & HTML5)

• Perform SIT

• Provide technical support on eCommerce Platform

• Perform maintenance on CMS

• Manage 3rd parties partner on day-to-day operation of the eShop, including customer service, inventory, product information and marketing activities, etc.

• Regularly update all E-Commerce sites content to enhance user experience and conversion

• Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, standards of operation and best practice for the eShop

• Collect and consolidate inputs received from the various company functions involved with respect to the CRM strategy applied to the E-commerce

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline

• 3 years’ working experience in system development and system analysis

• 3 years’ working experience on eCommerce project and support

• 2 years’ working experience on web sign design

• Working experiences on Java script, .NET Framework, HTML5 and mobile apps development

• Good knowledge on distribution and accounting systems

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge on DB administration and system interfaces preferred

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
