Our client is a growing start-up based in Hong Kong, they provide an innovative, niche technology platform, they are currently one of Hong Kong's hottest start-ups and are looking likely to have a very bright future. 

To assist their growth, they are seeking a Director of Operations to join their team, the Director of Operations will ideally have a background within Professional Services, Consulting or Equity Research. 

Director of Operations - Key Responsibilities

• You will be paying a key role in developing and implementing a variety of strategic plans that will help grow the business
• Analyse a variety of current trends and business needs which will assist you in creating extensive goals
• Assist within the management team in developing business strategy and plans
• You will be managing the day to day operations to meet growth targets and budget plans
• Assist in building a successful operations team

Director of Operations - Key Requirements

• You will have proven experience as either a COO or a Head of Operations ideally within a growing start-up
• Excellent knowledge and a deep understanding of a variety of business functions
• Demonstrated experience in operational execution, strategic and financial planning
• You will have excellent leadership skills within organisational development, resource planning, budget planning and people management

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
