Job Descriptions

• Provide in-house user support, troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software and system network
• Install and configure desktop / laptop hardware & software and IT equipment
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support and maintenance
• Provide first line technical support for IT issues or ad-hoc IT-related tasks during and beyond office hours
• To perform inventory control of IT facilities, and IT relevant system documentation

Job Requirements

• Holder of Diploma/Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Hospitality or Information System Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations function
• Knowledge in Hotel System and POS support will be advantage
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure, Virtual Machine and Online Backup Solution 
• Familiar with PC software and hardware knowledge support
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

 Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Assistant
