Responsibilities:

• Lead development team to deliver web and mobile related in house applications
• Be responsible for the project life-cycle by managing production tasks, activities, risk, quality control and team members in different aspects
• Serve users to understand their requirements and manage timelines, change requests and provide project risk analysis
• Work with project team to scope, estimate and plan project initiatives
• Participated on both front end and back end development, as well as to drive the technical direction along with innovative projects on applications continuous development and improvement.
• Review the development team’s performance and report the KPIs to management
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software application; preferably in financial institution or banking
• At track record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and / or development manager;
• Experience in latest web and mobile technologies including (but not limited to): Java, HTML5, CSS3, JS, Node.JS, Angular, Ionic, Oracle and Weblogic
• Working experience in continuous integration tools (automated unit testing, static code analysis, automatic deployment)
• Knowledge in Agile methodology will be an advantage
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
