Job Description

Position Summary

The digital team drives E-commerce growth initiatives with digital solutions that build brand awareness, increase sales and customer acquisition and retention. This position is responsible for driving the overall advertising strategy and execution of the digital marketing campaign.

 

The Digital Marketing/Media Manager will work closely with Digital Product Manager, Social Media Manager, Customer Service, Operation and other functional areas within company ensuring Marketing’s positive contribution to the business’s sales, profit margin, and customer satisfaction goals. This position will oversee a highly dynamic and strategic function, leveraging new technologies and tactics to support the growth and evolution of online business.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze digital & E-commerce needs, provide detailed ROI analysis of programs, and propose best practices or efficiencies to improve future digital marketing campaigns

  • Drive the overall business and systems analysis on various projects, working with marketing team members while also contributing individually to achieve results

  • Conduct research to gain access to up-to-date market trends in the digital industry

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to boost sales

  • To assist the development and perform regular updates of the websites and mobile applications

  • To support on getting better browsing experience and work with internal and external parties develop user interface to customers

  • Partner with cross functional teams including Digital Product, IT, Customer Service, Business Development and Operation on new customer lead generation and acquisition through SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, DSP, social media, and mobile application

  • Collaborate with digital analytics to define, report, and interpret analytic results for all online site analysis.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on content strategy, content gap analysis and strategy to develop rich content.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in E-commerce, digital development, including optimization of digital campaigns, website development, UI, content development of website / mobile apps
  • Experience on website and mobile apps development and user interface design is preferable
  • Creative, good sense of digital information development, good analytical mindset and communications skills
  • Experience in luxury brand, FMCG, and advertising agency

  • Strong knowledge in China’s Internet environment
