Responsibilities :

• To provide 7x24 support to company mission critical services as needed
• To participate in setup and maintain infrastructure, network, system and logs monitoring and backup process
• Assist to manage system administrators to manage network, servers, including web infrastructure, LANs, VPN, network appliance, database, email system and other computer systems
• To participate for system services delivery, handle inicidents and business continuity
• To liaise and coordinate with internal project members and users
  - To assist in troubleshooting operation issues and incidents
  - To provide support in office automation activities
  

Requirements :

• Degree/High Diploma in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in email/network administration/linux and MS Server
• Experience in LAN/WAN/routers/switches/wireless network security applications including firewall and anti-virus utilities
• Knowledge of SAN/ESX/server is an advantage
• Strong team player with good problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of system issue, support asset management, change management and capacity management
