Responsibilities:

• Oversee the lab and the QA operations for HK & Macau factories;
• Liaise with external parties and internal customers in response QA related matters;
• Develop and implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System for HK and SZ;
• Conduct internal hygiene audits and provide training to frontline staff;
• Assist in other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years working experience in food manufacturing, in which 1-2 years at the managerial role;
• Knowledge on ISO 9001 Quality Management System and food regulation would be an advantage;
• Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under dynamic environment and tight deadlines;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
