Job Duties :

• Provide sourcing management of Outerwear & accessories, product costing, price & production lead-time negotiation, product quality monitoring & vendor performance management, leading & developing teammates to reach company goals

Job Requirements :

• Graduate in Textile/Clothing studies or Bachelor degree holder preferred
• Practical work experience (minimum 12 years) in Casual/Active /Travellers’ technical outerwear & accessories under manufacturing/factory environment is a must (those candidates without in-depth factory experience are not suitable)
• In-depth knowledge of garment technology
• Thorough technical knowledge and experience to oversee all aspects of fabric sourcing, production planning, product development, pricing, fabric mill and vendor selection
• Solid management experience in leading team to deliver results collaboratively
• Tactful in negotiation and communication with strategic thinking
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to travel and adapt to multiple countries, cultures and situations
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage
• PC knowledge (WORD, EXCEL, Outlook)
