• Independent to handle all product specifications, prototypes, samples, cost with customers, suppliers, and factory departments.
• Strong at PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT as well as TECHNICAL SKILL on different kind of shoes.
• Following up all aspects of customers, production processes, quality and shipment schedules and related matters.
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in merchandising field in handling CAUSAL SHOES from medium to medium-high
• Product in which 3 YEARS FACTORY EXP is a MUST.
• With Sales & Marketing experience preferable.
