Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing programs to enhance overall brand image and to achieve the company's business objectives
• Organizing corporate image events, press conference, promotion campaign from conception to execution
• Work closely with media, PR agencies, production house, vendors, etc to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage budget and maximize the effectiveness of resources
• Look and develop joint promotion with new sources  
• Identify new marketing trends and consumer insights
• Pre and post evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities

Requirements:

• Degree or above with major in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Advertising or Public Relations
• Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in retail / FMCG industry / beauty category
• Self-motivated, attention to detail and a good team player
• Energetic, dynamic and good time management skills
• Multi tasking and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Presentable, demonstrated enthusiasm and creative thinking, willing to try new ideas Sound knowledge in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
