The Role: Morningstar is looking for a self-driven, energetic and proactive marketer to assist with a variety of regional marketing initiatives in East and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will work with the creative, events and operations Marketing Services teams to create and deliver successful marketing strategies and programs for our key client segments. You will also be responsible for supporting our sales communication efforts and ensuring that the Morningstar brand is clearly and consistently communicated.

This is a Hong Kong-based position and reports to Marketing and Communications Director of East & Southeast Asia based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

+Successfully manage all aspects of approved marketing programs, from strategy and planning to creative development and delivery

+Execute branding and marketing strategies for building a power brand, strengthening brand equity and ultimately for business growth.

+Provide analysis of marketing campaigns to determine ROI and inform future planning

+Collaborate with the marketing professionals across the regional teams to share best practices

+Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns targeting appropriate Asian audience.

Requirements:

+Related industry experience, preferably brand or marketing experience at a financial institution

+Proven ability to design, develop, and implement marketing strategies and supporting tactics

+Around three to five years of experience in/ knowledge of the financial services industry

+Proven experience in working cross-functionality within an organization

+Strong project management skills

+Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience

+Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

+Excellent English and simplified Chinese reading and writing skills

+Experience with a marketing automation platform (such as Eloqua, Marketo) a plus

+Educated to degree level with qualifications that demonstrate a keen interest in marketing and communications is a plus
