Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide solutions to Member/Merchant issues escalated by the Hong Kong & Macau Subsidiary office
  • Provide general translations for the subsidiary office and obtain the necessary approvals.
  • Service as back up for the Hong Kong and Macau Subsidiary offices when their Country Support is not available, ie.to provide solution or problem solving suggestions.
  • Assist in Events/Functions if needed.
  • Communicate and coordinate between Europe Headquarter, Asia-pacific Headquarter and subsidiaries by issuing accurate and timely instructions and advices
  • Implementation of business development activities
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirement

 

  • Degree holder or above (Translation studies preferred) or equivalent; Fresh graduates will be considered
  • At least 1-2 year work experience in Customer Service/Member Service Industry
  • Strong problem solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic and changing team environment is essential
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and detail-oriented
  • Mature, independent and proactive with strong interpersonal skill and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese      
  • Well-versed in computer applications, proficient in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
  • Chinese typing skill is necessary
