Summary

• Handling daily coordination and inquiries with clients regarding production matters
• Communication with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively manage publication projects with other department, for example liaising and interacting with the typesetting and translation teams
• Take ownership of customer’s issues and provide professional solutions
• Manage customers’ interactions, projects’ progress, customers’ account and any in-house documents
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Take up ad-hoc duties when required

Additional Requirements

•  Track-record of excellent customer service
• Strong client-facing and communications skill across English and Mandarin
• Experience in team environment
• Great interpersonal skills, to engage customer and colleagues
• An keen eye to detail is a must
• Experience or have knowledge in the financial printing industry is advantage
• The ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
• Able to work well under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Associate
• Shift duty is required

 Minimum Education 

• University graduate in any discipline

 Minimum Experience 

• Minimum 2-3 years related work experience
